Liberty Wellness Center maintains several, population-specific, transitional housing campuses, in Clark County, Nevada. At this time, all community referrals must enter through one of the following community resources.

While residing at any of our campuses, we offer:

Maximum 90-day stay in transitional housing units
All units are furnished and linens provided
Comprehensive case management
Transportation assistance
Emergency hygiene products
WFi Access
Three meals and two snacks per day
Access to Laundry Services
Individual rooms with toilet, bath and shower facilities
Assistance with obtaining lost or stolen identification documents
After-school tutoring and mentoring, at family campuses
Access to basic dental services
Access to medical check-ups and referrals
Job search and placement assistance
